Race - Taking a Different Look ...

In light of the ongoing race-baiting and tribal division that continues to surface in our culture, I felt moved to share this image again.

A simple reminder: all life is extraordinary. Every life form carries a genetically structured body and an evolving spirit. That alone is remarkable. So, what distinguishes human beings?

All life on Earth has a body and spirit. We are unique in that we are threefold.

First, we possess a physical body that carries ancestral memory, roughly 120 generations encoded within our DNA. Depending on how one defines a generation, that represents somewhere between 3,000 and 5,000 years of instinctual intelligence alive within us. Our bodies are not merely biological machines; they are living libraries. This is instinctual intelligence.

Second, we have an evolving spirit. That spirit has journeyed through the full spectrum of life on Earth, from single-celled organisms to the complex human form of trillions of cooperating cells. The human spirit collaborates with the body, blending ancestral memory with strategic awareness and intuitive intelligence. When you truly contemplate that, the connection to nature ceases to be philosophical; it becomes personal. We are not separate from the web of life; we are its ongoing expression. This expresses intuitive intelligence.

And third, we carry what can be understood as an eternal soul, a singular particle from the consciousness of Creator - Universal Consciousness. Through that presence, the greater field of awareness witnesses Earth’s manifest reality through us. The soul links human experience directly to the universal mind. This is the seat of intellectual intelligence.

With such magnificence built into our structure, it is sobering to observe how easily we divide ourselves by race, tribe, or ideology.

There is also something important to understand about our biology. The most compelling biochemical state we experience occurs when the body (belly brain), spirit (heart brain), and soul (cranial brain) synchronize in a moment of feeling right, vindicated, justified, and certain. In that state, serotonin, oxytocin, and dopamine flood the system. It feels powerful. It feels confirming. It feels rewarding.

When that same circuitry fuels revenge or righteousness, the hormonal reinforcement can become deeply addictive.

Recognizing this doesn’t condemn but liberates us. It allows us to see that much of what we defend so fiercely is chemically reinforced perception, not ultimate truth.

When we understand the depth of what we are - body, evolving spirit, and eternal soul - division loses its appeal. We would remember that all life is astonishing, and that humanity’s greatest capacity is not tribal superiority, but conscious collaboration.

The collaboration of instinct, intuition, and intellect - Just something to reflect upon.

現在もなお私たちの文化の中で表面化し続けている人種的扇動や部族的分断を目にし、私はあらためてこのイメージを共有したいという思いに駆られました。

ひとつのシンプルなリマインダーです。すべての生命は驚異そのものです。あらゆる生命体は、遺伝的に構造化された身体と進化するスピリットを携えています。それだけでも十分に驚くべきことです。では、人間を際立たせているものは何でしょうか。

地球上のすべての生命は、身体とスピリットを持っています。私たち人間は、三重構造であるという点で独自です。

第一に、私たちは祖先の記憶を宿した肉体を持っています。およそ120世代分の記憶がDNAの中に刻まれています。世代の定義にもよりますが、それは約3,000年から5,000年にわたる本能的知性が、今も私たちの内に生きていることを意味します。私たちの身体は単なる生物学的機械ではなく、生きた図書館なのです。これが本能的知性です。

第二に、私たちには進化するスピリットがあります。そのスピリットは、単細胞生物から何兆もの細胞が協働する複雑な人間の身体に至るまで、地球上のあらゆる生命形態を通過してきました。人間のスピリットは身体と協働し、祖先の記憶を戦略的な気づきや直感的知性と融合させます。これを深く観想するとき、自然とのつながりは哲学的概念ではなく、個人的な実感となります。私たちは生命の網から分離しているのではなく、その継続する表現そのものなのです。これが直感的知性の表れです。

そして第三に、私たちは永遠の魂と理解されるものを携えています。それは創造主の意識 ― 普遍的意識 ― からの一粒の粒子です。その存在を通して、より大いなる意識の場は、私たちを通じて地球の顕現する現実を観照します。魂は人間の経験を普遍的マインドへと直接結びつけます。これが知的知性の座です。

このような壮大さが私たちの構造の中に組み込まれているにもかかわらず、私たちがいかに容易に人種や部族、あるいはイデオロギーによって自らを分断してしまうかを見ると、身の引き締まる思いがします。

ここで私たちの生物学について理解しておくべき重要な点があります。私たちが体験する最も強力な生化学的状態は、身体（腹部の脳）、スピリット（心臓の脳）、魂（頭蓋の脳）が、「自分は正しい」「正当化されている」「確証を得ている」という感覚の瞬間に同期するときに起こります。その状態では、セロトニン、オキシトシン、ドーパミンが体内にあふれます。それは力強く、肯定され、報われているように感じられます。

しかし、その同じ回路が復讐心や独善を燃料とするとき、そのホルモン的強化は深い依存性を帯びることがあります。

これを認識することは、私たちを断罪するものではなく、むしろ解放します。私たちが激しく守ろうとする多くのものが、究極の真理ではなく、化学的に強化された知覚にすぎない可能性に気づかせてくれるのです。

私たちが自らの深み ― 身体、進化するスピリット、そして永遠の魂 ― を理解するとき、分断は魅力を失います。すべての生命が驚異であること、そして人類の最大の可能性が部族的優越ではなく、意識的な協働にあることを思い出すでしょう。

本能・直感・知性の協働。ただ、静かに心に留めていただければと思います。
